1. Acceptance of Terms

InnoEx Solutions offers a range of services, including but not limited to IT services, development services, and tailored business solutions for various industries.

Detailed descriptions of our Services are available on our website or as outlined in individual service agreements.

Use Of Services

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Account Responsibilities: You may need to create an account to access certain Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems or networks.

2. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full before the start of services unless otherwise agreed.
Monthly services are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee after 7 days.
We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information. In summary:

No refunds are provided for work already completed.
A minimum notice of 30 days is required for cancellation of ongoing services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide timely access to necessary materials, content, logins, or assets.
Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
Cooperate with our team to facilitate project success.

Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and final deliverables.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, traffic, or rankings. All services are provided on an “as-is” basis.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any unpaid work completed up to that point will be invoiced accordingly.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted will constitute acceptance.
